Job Description: A Physician Assistant in Dubai, UAE is a healthcare professional who works under the supervision of a physician to provide medical services and support in various clinical settings. Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Treatment Planning: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, including medication management, follow-up care, and preventive measures. Clinical Procedures: Perform various clinical procedures, such as wound suturing, casting, injections, and minor surgical procedures, under the supervision of a physician. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, medication instructions, and lifestyle modifications to promote health and disease prevention. Job Requirement: Requirements: Education and Certification: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field from an accredited institution. Possess a valid license or registration from a recognized regulatory body, such as the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Experience: Prior experience as a physician assistant in a clinical setting is preferred, but entry-level positions may also be available for recent graduates. Medical Knowledge: Strong foundation in medical sciences, including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and pathology. Familiarity with evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines. Clinical Skills: Proficient in performing clinical procedures, such as suturing, casting, and administering injections. Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and imaging results.
