Job Description: We are currently seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Heavy Equipment Parts & Service Advisor to join our team in London, Canada. As a Parts & Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers seeking assistance with heavy equipment parts and service. Your expertise in equipment components, maintenance, and customer service will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries, orders, and service requests for heavy equipment. Identify and recommend appropriate parts and solutions based on customer needs, equipment specifications, and manufacturer guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams, such as technicians and parts department, to ensure timely delivery of parts and scheduling of service appointments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, parts orders, and service appointments in the company database. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, equipment updates, and industry trends to provide accurate information and support to customers.

Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in heavy equipment or related fields is preferred. Proven experience in parts and service advising, preferably in the industrial machinery and heavy equipment industry. Strong knowledge of heavy equipment components, systems, and maintenance practices. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively address customer needs. Proficient in using computer systems and software for parts inventory management and customer support. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and orders. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing parts orders and maintaining customer records. Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
