Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement, to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment reliability. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment, identifying the root causes and implementing appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Repair Work: Conduct repairs on faulty components, systems, and machinery, utilizing hand and power tools, precision instruments, and diagnostic equipment. Equipment Testing: Conduct tests and inspections to ensure proper equipment functionality and adherence to safety and quality standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory documentation as required. Job Requirement: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field are preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably working with industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Mechanical Skills: Solid mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems commonly found in industrial machinery. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
