Job Description:

We are looking for an Agile Consultant to lead and support Agile transformation initiatives at our Berlin office. In this strategic role, you will work directly with clients and internal teams to implement Agile frameworks, coach teams, and help drive cultural change across the organization.

You will be responsible for assessing current Agile maturity levels and crafting tailored roadmaps for improvement. Your role will involve advising leadership, supporting cross-functional teams in adopting Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and facilitating Agile ceremonies as needed. You will mentor Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to build lasting Agile capabilities.

As an agent of change, you will champion continuous delivery, iterative planning, and adaptive leadership principles. You will also play a key role in identifying organizational blockers, redesigning processes, and fostering a mindset of transparency and accountability. This position requires strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, with an emphasis on results and measurable outcomes.

Job Requirement:

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Agile environments, with a track record of consulting and transformation delivery, is essential. Certifications like SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or PMI-ACP are highly valued.

You must have hands-on experience in multiple Agile frameworks and a solid understanding of scaling models like SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify. Strong analytical and advisory skills are required to conduct maturity assessments, evaluate team dynamics, and recommend improvement strategies.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial, particularly for navigating change at both team and leadership levels. You should be comfortable working with ambiguity and able to tailor Agile practices to varying organizational contexts.

Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro is expected. Fluency in English is required, and German language skills will be considered a strong asset in engaging effectively with local clients and teams in Berlin.
