Job Description:
We are hiring an Agile Trainer to design and deliver high-impact Agile training programs to teams across our Cologne office. As a key enabler of our Agile transformation journey, you will empower individuals and departments with the knowledge and tools needed to successfully adopt Agile practices.
In this role, you will develop customized training content for various Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean. You will facilitate workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance team understanding of Agile principles, roles, and ceremonies. Your work will help cultivate a continuous improvement culture and promote a consistent Agile mindset throughout the organization.
You will collaborate with senior leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and project teams to assess training needs and adapt content accordingly. Additionally, you will track training effectiveness, collect feedback, and refine learning materials to ensure relevance and impact. Job Requirement:
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Agile coaching or training roles is essential. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or ICAgile Certified Professional are highly desirable.
You should possess deep expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks, and be able to translate complex Agile concepts into accessible, engaging training content. Experience in instructional design and adult learning techniques is a strong advantage, as is prior experience in conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary to engage diverse audiences and drive behavioral change. You must be capable of adjusting your approach to suit different departments, experience levels, and organizational maturity.
Familiarity with Agile project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Miro is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German will enhance collaboration within the Cologne-based teams.
