Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
3–5 years of experience in field sales or area management
Experience with sales KPIs and performance monitoring
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with strong relationship management ability
Knowledge of local market dynamics is a plus
