Job Description:
We are hiring a Bulk Sales Manager to drive B2B volume sales across industrial, hospitality, and institutional clients. You will create bulk sales pipelines, respond to tenders and RFPs, and manage contracts with long-term clients. Responsibilities include creating pricing packages, handling large orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and coordinating with supply chain and logistics. You’ll work alongside marketing and finance to develop volume-based promotions and customer loyalty programs. Your analytical skills will help evaluate margins, assess account profitability, and identify cross-selling opportunities. This position is ideal for individuals with extensive B2B experience in commodity, product, or consumable goods industries.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, or Industrial Management
At least 5 years of experience in B2B or bulk product sales
Deep understanding of institutional sales and RFP processes
Proficient in contract negotiation and volume pricing
Advanced Excel and CRM knowledge
Comfortable managing KPIs and logistics expectations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with inventory coordination and fulfillment
German fluency required
