Job Description:
We are looking for an Automated Campaign Manager to design, launch, and monitor automated marketing workflows such as email drip sequences, nurture tracks, and retargeting campaigns. You’ll be responsible for mapping customer journeys, configuring automation logic, and analyzing performance to enhance conversion rates and retention metrics.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or similar
3+ years experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot)
Strong understanding of email best practices and segmentation
Analytical skills for campaign optimization and reporting
Excellent project coordination and testing discipline
Expertise in audience targeting and personalization tactics
Fluent in German and English
