We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager who will lead store operations and ensure smooth daily execution. You’ll also act as a Client Success Specialist—ensuring customers receive a high-quality, personalized experience. This hybrid role involves managing inventory, team performance, and customer onboarding while supporting strategic initiatives to increase retention and satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s in Retail Management, Business, or Marketing
4+ years in retail operations or customer success
Experience with POS systems and CRM tools
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in German; English is a plus
