Job Description:
We are seeking a courteous and dependable Bellhop to join our hospitality team in Frankfurt am Main. As a Bellhop, you will be responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
Your role also includes coordinating with the front desk and concierge to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will help maintain cleanliness in the lobby and assist with special requests to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirement:
Candidates should have prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles. Physical fitness is important as you will be required to carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills in German and/or English are necessary for guest interaction and coordination with hotel departments. A polite and professional demeanor is essential.
You must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options is a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required. A willingness to provide outstanding guest service and work collaboratively with the team is critical for success.
