Job Description:

We are hiring a creative and organized Bridal Coordinator to join our event planning team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting couples in planning and executing their wedding day with precision, style, and attention to detail. From the initial consultation to the final send-off, you will guide clients through every step of the planning process, including venue selection, vendor coordination, timelines, and on-site supervision.

You will work closely with florists, photographers, caterers, and other service providers to ensure each wedding is tailored to the couple’s vision and executed seamlessly. You’ll also manage schedules, budget tracking, and logistical planning to prevent last-minute issues and deliver an unforgettable experience.

This position is perfect for a candidate who is passionate about weddings, thrives under pressure, and enjoys creating magical and memorable events. You will be a key figure in ensuring that every client’s special day is flawless and stress-free.

Job Requirement:

Candidates should have at least 2-4 years of experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or a similar hospitality role. A degree or diploma in event management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are essential. You must be fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with clients and vendors. Creativity, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor under pressure are vital qualities.

Experience managing vendor contracts, timelines, and budgets is required. Familiarity with event planning software and project management tools is a plus. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and evenings, as weddings often take place outside of standard hours.

A friendly, supportive, and customer-focused attitude is key. A portfolio or documented experience of past wedding projects will be advantageous. The ability to think quickly, solve problems, and maintain grace under pressure will define success in this position.
