Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Crew Member to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces to ensure a comfortable environment for guests.
Your tasks will include dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing guest amenities. You will follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards to maintain hygiene and guest satisfaction.
This position plays a key role in upholding the hotel’s reputation by ensuring all areas meet the highest cleanliness standards.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in the hospitality sector. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently are essential.
Physical stamina is required for repetitive tasks and working on your feet for long periods. Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment is a plus.
Good communication skills in German or English are beneficial for coordinating with supervisors and other staff members. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are critical.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, is necessary. Candidates must be able to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times.
