Job Description:
We are hiring a creative and skilled Beverage Mixologist to join our bar team in Cologne. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting unique cocktails, preparing a wide variety of beverages, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the bar and waitstaff to ensure drink orders are prepared quickly, consistently, and in line with our establishment's quality standards. A key part of your role will be curating drink menus, managing bar inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about mixology and hospitality. You must be knowledgeable about a broad range of spirits, wines, and mixers, and have the ability to suggest pairings or custom drinks to guests. Energy, personality, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working as a bartender or mixologist in a hospitality environment. A certification in bartending or mixology is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink presentation, and bar tools is required. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner are essential. The candidate must be fluent in German or English and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
