Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives within the hospitality sector in Cologne. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and brand recognition. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients through tailored marketing campaigns and proposals.

Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with internal departments to ensure service excellence, maintaining client databases, attending industry events, and conducting presentations that highlight our hospitality offerings. A key focus will be on expanding our corporate and private client base through partnerships and targeted outreach.

This position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality. You will play a key role in strengthening the company's presence in the Cologne market and supporting its long-term growth.

Job Requirement:

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the hospitality, events, or service industries. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or hospitality management is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Fluency in both German and English is required. Candidates must be able to identify market opportunities, develop business strategies, and execute plans efficiently.

Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships is expected.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel locally and occasionally attend networking events outside standard hours is important.
