Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and innovative Beverage Consultant to lead our beverage program at a high-end hospitality establishment in Frankfurt am Main. This role involves designing curated drink menus, training staff on beverage service, and elevating the overall guest experience through expertly crafted drink pairings and presentations. You will collaborate closely with chefs, sommeliers, bartenders, and management to develop unique beverage offerings that reflect the restaurant's brand and clientele.

Key responsibilities include sourcing premium wines, spirits, and mixers, creating signature cocktails, and organizing beverage-related events such as tastings or pairing dinners. You will also analyze sales data to refine the drink menu for both profitability and guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity, deep industry knowledge, and business acumen. You will have a direct impact on enhancing our establishment’s reputation and profitability through your beverage expertise.

Job Requirement:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in beverage management, mixology, or consultancy within fine dining or upscale hospitality settings. A degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a sommelier certification such as WSET or CMS is highly desirable.

You must possess in-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverage trends. Fluency in German and English is essential. Strong communication and training skills are needed to educate staff and engage with guests effectively.

Proven ability to manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize beverage costs is required. Familiarity with beverage POS systems, drink costing software, and regulatory compliance in alcohol service is a must.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, an innovative mindset, and a refined palate. A keen eye for detail, creativity in menu development, and a commitment to excellence will drive success in this role.
