Job Requirement:
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs role is required.
You must have a good understanding of relevant laws and regulations such as GDPR, AML, and other local and international compliance standards. Strong analytical and research skills are essential for identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ethical judgment are key qualities for this role. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and German language skills are highly desirable for navigating regulatory environments in Berlin.
