Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead product development and strategy for our technology solutions in Munich. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, ensuring that product features deliver maximum value and align with company goals.
You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features based on stakeholder input and market trends, and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and QA teams. Your role will also involve stakeholder communication, sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 4–7 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or project management within technology teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, user story creation, backlog grooming, and stakeholder management is essential. Experience working with cross-functional teams in software development is required.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing demands are critical. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) are highly preferred.
