We are seeking a reliable and skilled Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our maintenance team in Rome, supporting the Agriculture & Fisheries sector. The technician will be responsible for the inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of air duct systems in food processing facilities, aquaculture centers, and agricultural storage buildings to ensure proper ventilation, air quality, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and assess HVAC duct systems to determine cleaning requirements.
Operate specialized cleaning equipment to remove dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants from air ducts.
Seal and repair ductwork as needed to improve efficiency and prevent contamination.
Maintain clean air standards critical to agricultural and food-safe environments.
Document all work performed and report system issues or maintenance needs.
Follow Italian health, safety, and sanitation regulations, especially for facilities handling food or live animals.
Coordinate with facility managers and other maintenance personnel to schedule work with minimal disruption.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in air duct or HVAC system cleaning.
Knowledge of ventilation systems used in agricultural or industrial facilities.
Ability to read system layouts and maintenance manuals.
Attention to detail, good physical condition, and ability to work in confined spaces.
Fluent in Italian; English proficiency is a plus.
This role is critical for ensuring clean, efficient air systems in agriculture and fisheries operations.
