Construction Oversight: Monitor the construction progress, provide guidance to contractors and subcontractors, and address any design-related issues that arise during the construction phase. Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards. Material Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and systems that align with the project requirements, budget, and sustainability goals. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely procurement and installation. Project Management: Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure effective project delivery. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals and client expectations. Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: Degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional licensure as an architect (preferred). Proven experience in architectural design and construction. Proficiency in architectural design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Excellent design and visualization skills. Attention to detail and ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical designs. Strong communication and presentation skills. Project management abilities and ability to meet deadlines. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
