Job Description:
A Community Pharmacist operating within the Agriculture & Fisheries sector in Rome is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective distribution of medications and health-related products to agricultural workers, fisheries personnel, and rural communities. The role includes dispensing prescriptions, advising on the use of medications, and supporting public health initiatives targeting labor-intensive environments.

The pharmacist collaborates with local health units, mobile clinics, and rural outreach programs to address common health concerns such as respiratory conditions, skin infections, muscular pain, and pesticide exposure. They also provide guidance on preventive care, vaccination schedules, and the proper storage and disposal of medical supplies.

In this role, the pharmacist plays a critical part in occupational health, supporting efforts to reduce health risks and promote wellness among seasonal and full-time workers in the agricultural and fisheries sectors. Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy and valid license to practice in Italy
