We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Renewable Energy Consultant to join our team in Rome under the Engineering & Architecture industry. The role involves advising clients on the planning, design, and implementation of renewable energy solutions, with a focus on integrating sustainable technologies into construction and infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, energy yield assessments, and environmental impact evaluations for solar, wind, geothermal, and biomass systems. The consultant will provide technical and strategic recommendations, develop project proposals, and assist in the design and specification of renewable energy components.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy, Energy Management, or Environmental Technology is preferred. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in renewable energy consulting, project development, or system integration is required, ideally within the engineering or construction industry.
Applicants should have solid knowledge of renewable technologies including solar PV, wind turbines, geothermal systems, and biomass energy. Proficiency in energy modeling and simulation tools such as PVsyst, HOMER, RETScreen, or similar platforms is essential.
A strong understanding of Italian and EU energy policies, incentive schemes, permitting processes, and regulatory frameworks is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to conduct technical and financial feasibility studies, assess environmental impacts, and develop proposals for integrated energy solutions.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills are required to effectively convey complex technical concepts and guide decision-making. Fluency in Italian is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus for preparing documentation and engaging with international partners.
The role also requires flexibility for site visits, teamwork across multidisciplinary teams, and a proactive approach to promoting sustainability in infrastructure and architectural projects.
