As a Bioinformatician Strategist in AI Farwaniyah, you will design and implement long-term data analysis strategies to support large-scale life sciences projects. You’ll lead bioinformatics roadmap planning, oversee data infrastructure development, and ensure the integration of analytical pipelines with organizational goals. This position demands an ability to interpret high-dimensional biological data, develop machine learning models, and drive innovation in computational biology.
Job Requirement:
PhD in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative science
Minimum 10 years of experience in bioinformatics, including strategic planning
Proficiency in data pipeline development, cloud computing, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Nextflow)
Experience with big data tools and platforms (Hadoop, Spark)
Strong business acumen and ability to align computational strategies with R&D goals
Track record of publications and speaking at scientific conferences
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
