The Clinical Data Manager Supervisor in Hawally leads a team responsible for data collection, validation, and management for clinical research projects. The role involves overseeing case report form (CRF) development, database design, and data cleaning operations. The supervisor ensures compliance with GCP, manages vendor relationships for EDC platforms, and contributes to data lock and audit readiness.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Statistics, or Clinical Data Management
6+ years of experience in clinical data operations with leadership exposure
Proficiency in EDC platforms (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical)
Understanding of GCP, ICH E6, and regulatory data requirements
Strong attention to data quality, timelines, and documentation practices
Leadership and team coordination skills
Experience in vendor and project management
