Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
3–5 years in process analysis, preferably in banking or insurance
Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Familiarity with BPM tools such as ARIS, Bizagi, or Signavio
Ability to assess ROI of process changes and manage change initiatives
