Job Description:
The Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in Hawally is a professional advisor responsible for helping clients manage their personal finances through comprehensive financial planning. The role includes developing investment strategies, retirement plans, insurance coverage, estate planning, and tax optimization. Planners often work with individuals, families, and small business owners to create detailed, customized financial blueprints that align with their short- and long-term goals.
The CFP conducts financial assessments, reviews client portfolios, and ensures all recommendations are aligned with the client's risk tolerance and life objectives. They maintain ongoing relationships with clients, monitor progress, and adjust plans in response to life changes or market developments. In addition to advisory functions, they are required to comply with fiduciary standards and industry regulations.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is mandatory
At least 3 years of financial planning or advisory experience
Proficient in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills
Deep knowledge of investment products, insurance, estate law, and tax regulations
High ethical standards and commitment to fiduciary duty
Ability to present complex financial information clearly and confidently
