Job Description:

A Childcare Nanny in Qurain is a professional caregiver responsible for the well-being, safety, and development of children in a private household. This full-time position involves a blend of supervision, nurturing, education, and household support, tailored to meet the specific needs of the children and their parents.

Typical responsibilities include feeding and bathing children, dressing them, organizing playtime, assisting with homework, preparing meals, taking them to school or extracurricular activities, and ensuring they follow a consistent daily routine. The nanny also supports emotional development by providing affection, setting boundaries, and fostering good behavior through positive reinforcement.

In addition to childcare duties, the nanny may perform related household tasks such as cleaning the children’s rooms, washing their laundry, and organizing toys or educational materials. Maintaining open communication with the parents about the child's progress, behaviors, and any issues is essential.

The ideal candidate is nurturing, energetic, patient, and adaptable. They must understand child development stages, be first-aid trained, and able to handle emergencies calmly. Trust, discretion, and a deep sense of responsibility are vital in this position.
