Job Description:
The Executive Driver role in Salmiyah involves providing high-level transport services to executives, VIPs, or business owners. This role extends beyond driving—it includes ensuring the client's comfort, maintaining discretion, managing daily driving schedules, and handling related tasks that require reliability and excellent judgment.
Executive Drivers are responsible for the day-to-day operation of luxury vehicles, ensuring they are cleaned, inspected, and serviced as needed. They must drive their passengers to appointments, events, meetings, and airports while taking the most efficient and safe routes. In addition to driving duties, Executive Drivers often coordinate with personal assistants, household staff, or corporate personnel to manage travel plans and daily schedules.
The role requires a well-groomed, courteous, and highly professional individual who understands the nuances of serving high-profile clients. Flexibility, adaptability, and rapid problem-solving are crucial traits, as is the ability to anticipate client needs without being intrusive.
Job Requirement:
Proven experience as an executive or VIP driver.
Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license and clean driving record.
Knowledge of traffic laws and routes in Salmiyah and beyond.
Discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
Punctual, dependable, and flexible with working hours.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance and ensure cleanliness.
Legal right to work in Kuwait.
