Job Description:
A Family Driver in Mahboula is entrusted with the transportation needs of an entire household, including children, elderly members, and domestic staff. The role includes both short and long-distance driving, ensuring the family’s safety, punctuality, and comfort.
Responsibilities include school drop-offs and pick-ups, grocery runs, medical appointments, airport transfers, and social outings. The driver must maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, ensure regular servicing, and keep records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules. A family driver is also expected to be available on weekends or holidays depending on family needs.
In households with children, the driver must exercise extra caution, have patience, and maintain an engaging yet professional relationship with the children. They may also be required to assist in carrying packages, making deliveries, and helping with luggage during family travels.
This role requires honesty, discretion, and strong situational awareness, especially when transporting VIP or elderly members. The driver must be adaptable to changes in daily plans and capable of following directions from multiple family members.
Job Requirement:
Valid driver’s license with strong knowledge of traffic laws.
At least 3 years of driving experience in a family or private household.
Clean criminal and driving record.
Experience driving children and elderly passengers safely.
Good sense of direction and ability to plan optimal routes.
Strong communication skills and courteous behavior.
Reliable, flexible, and calm under pressure.
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and emergency handling.
Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends.
Legal right to work and reside in Kuwait.
