Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Air Cabin Crew in Doha, Qatar. As an Air Cabin Crew member in the Transport & Logistics industry, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers on board. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service and contribute to the overall positive travel experience of passengers. Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and security of passengers on board by conducting pre-flight safety checks, providing safety demonstrations, and following emergency procedures. Welcome passengers on board, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure their comfort throughout the flight. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries, assisting with special requests, and offering personalized attention. Serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to airline procedures and passenger preferences. Assist passengers with stowing carry-on luggage and ensure compliance with cabin baggage regulations. Monitor and manage cabin equipment, including emergency equipment, food and beverage supplies, and entertainment systems. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin, including regular cleaning and restocking of lavatories. Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations, including boarding, disembarkation, and flight preparation. Handle challenging situations and passenger complaints professionally and effectively. Stay updated with airline policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as an Air Cabin Crew member or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with passengers from diverse backgrounds. Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and handle unexpected incidents. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with the flight crew and ground staff. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights. Physical fitness and agility to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying luggage, reaching overhead compartments, and standing for extended periods. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and adherence to grooming standards.
