Job Description:
The Delivery Assistant in Al Shahaniya supports drivers during daily delivery operations. This role involves helping load and unload goods, verifying delivery documents, handling packages with care, and assisting in locating delivery addresses. The assistant works closely with the driver to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods to customers, warehouses, or retail outlets. Responsibilities also include organizing packages in the delivery vehicle, obtaining recipient signatures, and handling returns or undelivered goods according to company procedures. Job Requirement:
Education: Minimum high school diploma.
Experience: 0–1 year in delivery or warehouse roles preferred.
Skills:
Basic literacy for reading delivery documents.
Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy packages.
Strong teamwork and communication.
Punctual and detail-oriented.
Language: Basic English or Arabic for communication and instructions.
Other: Physically fit, willing to work long hours or variable shifts, and able to travel across delivery zones.
