Job Requirement:

Job Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management. At least 1 year of experience in front desk or hotel reception roles. Must have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience using hotel booking or PMS software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours is required.
