The technician will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts and technical drawings into accurate and visually engaging 3D representations.
Key responsibilities include creating detailed 3D models of buildings, infrastructure, and construction components using advanced modeling software. The technician will develop visual renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs to aid in design presentations and project approvals. Additionally, responsibilities include updating models based on design revisions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy, and preparing models for BIM integration and clash detection analysis. The role also involves managing digital libraries, ensuring adherence to modeling standards, and supporting project documentation with clear visual outputs.
