We are seeking a qualified Asbestos Abatement Technician to join our team in Woodlands, Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for safely removing, handling, and disposing of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) from construction sites, buildings, and industrial locations. Your primary duties include preparing and setting up the site to contain hazardous areas, using specialized equipment and techniques to safely remove asbestos, and ensuring that all materials are properly sealed and disposed of in accordance with regulatory guidelines. You will conduct air monitoring to ensure safe levels of exposure, complete detailed documentation, and adhere to all safety and environmental procedures during every phase of the project. Collaboration with site supervisors and safety officers is essential to maintain strict safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
