We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Laying Technician to join our construction team in Yishun, Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, laying, and finishing asphalt surfaces for roads, driveways, parking lots, and related infrastructure projects. Your tasks will include operating asphalt paving machines, distributing and smoothing asphalt mixtures, compacting surfaces using rollers, and ensuring uniform thickness and surface quality. You will collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other site workers to follow project specifications and meet deadlines. Additionally, you will prepare work sites by cleaning, grading, and applying tack coatings where required. You will be responsible for inspecting finished surfaces, making necessary adjustments, and maintaining equipment in good working order. Strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations will be essential to ensure smooth and safe site operations.
