Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Yishun, Singapore. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various building projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs that meet the clients' needs and comply with relevant building codes and regulations. Responsibilities: Collaborating with clients to understand their project requirements, vision, and budget. Creating architectural designs, including sketches, 3D models, and detailed construction drawings. Incorporating sustainable and energy-efficient design principles into building plans. Ensuring that designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Reviewing and approving materials, finishes, and equipment to be used in construction projects. Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications. Providing guidance and support to junior architects and other team members. Staying updated on industry trends, advancements in building technology, and new materials. Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional certification or licensure as an architect. Proven experience working as an architect on building projects. Proficiency in using architectural design software and tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Excellent design and visualization skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
