Job Description:
We are looking for a Building Energy Assessor to evaluate the energy performance of residential, commercial, and public buildings in Valencia. Your main duties include conducting site inspections, analyzing energy consumption, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to reduce energy use and emissions. You will prepare detailed energy reports compliant with local and EU regulations and assist clients in implementing energy-saving measures.
You will work closely with architects, engineers, and property owners to support sustainable building management and compliance with energy certification standards.
Job Requirement:
Applicants must have a degree or certification in energy management, building services engineering, or a related field. Experience conducting energy audits or environmental assessments is preferred.
You should be proficient with energy modeling software, have excellent analytical and report-writing skills, and strong communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and travel to inspection sites is necessary.
