Job Description: Responsibilities: Cleaning and Sanitization: Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned building or facility, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal. Surface Maintenance: Clean and sanitize surfaces, such as floors, walls, windows, furniture, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Restroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring adequate supply of toiletries and other essentials. Waste Management: Properly handle and dispose of waste and recyclable materials following established procedures and regulations. Maintenance of Common Areas: Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways, staircases, elevators, and entryways, ensuring a safe and inviting environment. Equipment and Supplies: Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies, reporting any maintenance or replenishment needs. Safety and Security: Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment, to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or security concerns. Communication: Communicate with supervisors and building occupants regarding cleaning schedules, maintenance issues, and special cleaning requests. Job Requirement: Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Experience: Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
