Job Description:

Job Description: Environmental Odor Control Assistant – Geneva (Agriculture and Fisheries Sector)

We are currently seeking an Environmental Odor Control Assistant to join our agricultural and fisheries operations in Geneva. This role supports environmental hygiene and workplace comfort by assisting in the control and reduction of odors generated from composting, livestock care, aquaculture, and organic waste processing activities.

The Environmental Odor Control Assistant is responsible for helping implement odor mitigation measures using approved techniques such as natural additives, misting systems, airflow adjustments, and biofiltration support. Daily tasks include inspecting key operation zones, identifying potential odor sources, cleaning equipment areas, and assisting in the maintenance of odor control devices. You will also record environmental conditions and report odor intensity levels to supervisors for further action.

Additional responsibilities include applying odor-neutralizing agents, monitoring waste handling areas for compliance with hygiene standards, and supporting team efforts during environmental audits or regulatory checks. The role requires close attention to detail, a basic understanding of agricultural processes, and adherence to workplace safety and hygiene protocols.

This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, proactive, and environmentally aware. Previous experience in agricultural sanitation, waste handling, or facility maintenance is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided for motivated candidates committed to supporting a clean and safe agricultural environment
