We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Agribusiness Manager to lead our agricultural enterprise operations in Geneva, within the Agriculture & Fisheries sector. This role involves overseeing the business and financial functions of farming and agri-related activities, including crop and livestock production, processing, distribution, and marketing. The Agribusiness Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing profitability, managing supply chains, and ensuring sustainable growth in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities include developing business plans, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, establishing supplier and distributor relationships, and overseeing compliance with local and international agricultural regulations. The manager will also lead a team of professionals, working collaboratively with agricultural engineers, farm supervisors, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

This position demands a strong balance of agricultural knowledge and business acumen. Familiarity with agri-tech innovations, sustainability practices, and digital tools for farm and supply chain management will be highly advantageous.
