Job Description:
The Home Health Caregiver in Istanbul provides personalized care to patients within their homes, assisting with both medical and non-medical needs to promote independence and quality of life. The caregiver works under the direction of healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care services based on individual patient requirements.
Duties include personal hygiene assistance, medication reminders, mobility support, companionship, and basic household tasks related to patient care. The caregiver also monitors patient health, documents observations, and communicates with healthcare providers regarding any changes in condition.
This role requires sensitivity to patient dignity, strict adherence to privacy and safety standards, and the ability to respond to emergencies appropriately.
Job Requirement:
Completion of a certified caregiver training program is required, along with previous experience in home healthcare services.
Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and knowledge of basic medical care principles. Fluency in Turkish and a valid identification for home care work are necessary.
