Job Description:
The Client Deployment Consultant is responsible for managing the successful rollout of products or services to enterprise clients, ensuring custom configurations and integrations are executed according to plan. Based in Dubai, this role works closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to define deployment objectives, set timelines, and monitor progress. Key duties include gathering technical requirements, managing deployments through implementation frameworks, coordinating with developers or engineers, and performing validation checks before go-live. The consultant also leads client training sessions and provides post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption.
This position requires strong project leadership, a consultative approach to client interaction, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. The consultant must handle both strategic planning and operational execution while maintaining excellent documentation and client communications. Success in this role involves delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the client’s expectations.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business. 4–6 years of experience in client onboarding, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation. Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies, cloud solutions, and system integration is preferred. Proficiency in project management tools and excellent communication skills are essential. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to adapt to client environments and align product capabilities with business needs.
