Job Description:
The Client Integration Specialist is responsible for guiding new clients through the integration of company services or software into their existing systems. Based in Sharjah, this technical-client-facing role involves requirement gathering, configuration setup, system testing, data migration support, and client training. The specialist acts as the primary contact during the implementation phase, ensuring that the client's technical needs are met, timelines are maintained, and onboarding is successful.
This role combines technical project coordination with strong customer service skills. The specialist ensures smooth handover to long-term support and success teams after integration is complete. Responsibilities also include documenting client environments, coordinating with developers or engineers for custom solutions, and troubleshooting setup issues in real-time.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Integration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, or system integration. Proficiency with APIs, data mapping, and enterprise systems. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Ability to handle multiple integration projects simultaneously and ensure a high-quality client experience throughout.
