Job Description: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience at the front desk of a food and beverage establishment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities: Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide friendly, professional, and efficient service at the front desk. Check-in guests, verify their reservations, and provide them with room keys or seating assignments. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and information about the establishment's services, facilities, and amenities. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction. Process guest check-outs, including the settlement of bills, and provide accurate and timely invoices. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the display of relevant promotional materials and information. Answer phone calls and respond to emails or messages in a timely and courteous manner. Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth guest operations. Maintain guest records and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of guest information. Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest to enhance the guest experience.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries efficiently. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using reservation systems, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant software. Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other front-of-house staff and team members. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per operational requirements. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and basic menu knowledge is advantageous. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are beneficial.
