Job Description: The Guest Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests in a food and beverage establishment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently. The Guest Services Coordinator serves as a liaison between guests and the front-of-house staff, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Welcome guests upon arrival, provide warm greetings, and assist with seating arrangements. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring guests feel valued and well-cared for. Coordinate with the front-of-house staff to manage table assignments and ensure efficient seating. Communicate with guests to gather feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively. Assist in managing the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including managing guest registers, menus, and promotional materials. Provide information to guests about menu items, special promotions, and any changes in service or offerings. Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth communication and delivery of guest requests. Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as a Guest Services Coordinator or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage guest reservations and requests effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in using reservation systems and other relevant software for guest management. Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with front-of-house staff and other team members. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per operational requirements. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and basic menu knowledge is advantageous. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are beneficial.
