Job Description: The Food & Beverages Manufacturing role involves working in a food production facility, responsible for the manufacturing, processing, and packaging of food and beverage products. This role requires knowledge of food safety regulations, adherence to quality standards, and proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment. It is crucial to maintain a clean and safe working environment while ensuring the production meets the required quantity and quality specifications. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor food manufacturing equipment, such as mixers, ovens, conveyors, and packaging machines. Follow production schedules and recipes to ensure accurate preparation and processing of food and beverage products. Measure and weigh ingredients, mixing them according to specified formulas and quality standards. Monitor and adjust machine settings to control factors such as temperature, pressure, and processing time. Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure adherence to product specifications and standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure smooth production flow. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the manufacturing area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Adhere to food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and other relevant standards. Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and resolve any production-related issues. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing duties.

Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional vocational or technical training in food processing or related fields is advantageous. Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality control procedures. Familiarity with operating and maintaining food processing equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and recipes. Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team. Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per operational requirements. Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to changing production demands.
