Job Description:

We are hiring a Bakery Mixing Technician to join our commercial bakery operations in Dubai. The role focuses on preparing dough and batter mixtures by accurately weighing, measuring, and blending ingredients according to standardized bakery recipes. The technician is responsible for setting up and operating industrial mixers, adjusting mixing times and speeds, and monitoring the consistency and temperature of mixtures. Key responsibilities include checking ingredient quality, ensuring proper sequence of mixing, and conducting pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure food safety compliance. The technician must document batch numbers, mixing times, and any deviations from recipes, and communicate with production leads to ensure timely delivery to forming or baking lines. This role also includes cleaning and sanitizing mixers, hoppers, and surrounding areas after each batch. Coordination with quality assurance teams to maintain texture, flavor, and allergen control is crucial. The technician should be familiar with baking terminology, ingredient handling, and the mechanical operation of mixing equipment.

Job Requirement:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or relevant food production training and at least 1–2 years of experience in bakery or food processing environments. Familiarity with industrial mixers, ingredient scaling, food hygiene practices, and basic mechanical troubleshooting is essential. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to recipe standards are key for success.
