Job Description:
We are hiring a Baking Oven Technician for a commercial bakery in Ajman. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial baking ovens used in the production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods. The technician sets oven temperatures, controls conveyor belt speeds, monitors baking time, and ensures products meet color, texture, and doneness standards. Responsibilities include checking pre-bake dough characteristics, loading trays or racks, observing the baking process, adjusting controls in real time, and conducting preventive maintenance on oven components. The technician is also tasked with keeping detailed baking logs and reporting any equipment malfunctions. Coordination with dough preparation, proofing, and packaging teams is essential for production flow. The role requires knowledge of baking processes, understanding of thermal profiles, and strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have a technical diploma or equivalent experience in industrial baking, with 2–3 years of exposure to commercial ovens and bakery operations. Knowledge of baking times, temperatures, and troubleshooting techniques is important. Physical stamina, ability to work in hot environments, and basic mechanical aptitude are needed. Familiarity with GMP and food safety practices is a must.
