Job Description:
We are seeking a Belt Line Worker for a high-volume food packaging plant in Dubai. The role involves working along a conveyor belt, inspecting, sorting, packaging, and arranging food products. The worker must monitor product quality, remove defective items, and ensure that packages are correctly sealed and labeled. Tasks include loading items onto the belt, checking weights, placing products into cartons or trays, and assisting in line changeovers. Speed, consistency, and attention to detail are vital as the role contributes to smooth, uninterrupted line flow. The Belt Line Worker must comply with hygiene standards, wear protective gear, and maintain cleanliness in the work zone. The role also requires cooperation with team leads and quality control inspectors to report anomalies. This physically active position demands standing for long periods and repetitive tasks, with adherence to food safety protocols.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in food processing or packaging lines. Good hand-eye coordination, the ability to work at a consistent pace, and awareness of food safety practices are essential.
