Job Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Cook to support culinary operations in a high-volume food service environment in Abu Dhabi. The role includes assisting senior cooks with food preparation, cooking, and plating. Tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, marinating meats, prepping vegetables, and cooking simple dishes as assigned. The Assistant Cook helps in setting up the kitchen line, organizing tools, managing food storage, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and ready for service. They may also help clean kitchen stations, sanitize tools and surfaces, and ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards. During service hours, the assistant supports plating and garnishing while coordinating with cooks to keep food flowing efficiently. Job Requirement:
Candidates must hold a high school certificate or a diploma in culinary arts, with 1–2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
