Job Description: The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized assistance to guests in a food and beverage establishment. The Concierge serves as a knowledgeable resource, providing recommendations, making reservations, and coordinating various services to enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude, providing a warm and personalized experience. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and information about the establishment's services, facilities, and local attractions. Provide recommendations for dining options, entertainment, shopping, and other activities based on guest preferences and interests. Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours, and other services, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations. Coordinate special requests, such as arranging floral deliveries, organizing celebrations, or fulfilling unique guest requirements. Serve as a liaison between guests and other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and the food and beverage team. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests. Handle guest complaints or concerns, taking immediate action to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with luggage handling, including the delivery of bags to guest rooms and coordination of transportation services. Keep track of guest preferences, special occasions, and other relevant information to provide personalized and memorable experiences.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple guest requests and tasks simultaneously. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and handle guest complaints or emergencies effectively. Knowledge of the local area, including attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and cultural events. Familiarity with reservation systems, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant software. Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and provide suitable solutions. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per operational requirements. Fluent in English, with additional language skills being beneficial. Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-centric mindset.
